12 Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 cup butter, softened 
- 1/4 cup honey 
- 3 teaspoons vanilla 
- 2 cups finely-chopped pecans 
- 1 cup powdered sugar 
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 300˚F. In a medium bowl sift together flour and salt. 
- In a separate bowl combine butter, honey, and vanilla. Add flour mixture into wet ingredients a little at a time and stir until fully incorporated. Fold in pecans. 
- Form into 1” balls and place on greased or lined cookie sheet about 2 “ apart from each other. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 
- Add powdered sugar to a small bowl. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes and then roll each one in powdered sugar.
