INGREDIENTS
1 lb Ground Beef
⅔ Cup Water
1 package of Taco Seasoning
½ Can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Large bag of Chili Cheese Fritos
¼ Cup Whole Milk
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a pot and melt butter in it. Add ground beef and cook until all meat is browned. It is suggested to remove excess grease from cooked beef.
Now add taco seasoning and water. Stir everything well until combined. Cook on low heat for five minutes until the meat absorbs water and seasoning.
Now take an 8x8 baking dish and layer the Chili Cheese Fritos on the bottom. Then top it with the seasoned ground beef.
Take a saucepan and heat milk and cheddar cheese soup over low heat. When it gets warm, pour it over the top of the meat.
Spread shredded mozzarella cheese over the cheese soup and place it in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. The temperature should be 350-379 degrees depending on the performance of your oven.
Remove the tray from the oven and serve hot.
